FEDERAL COURT
Expert representation in Federal Court applications and judicial reviews
Decisions by the Immigration Appeal Division, Immigration Division, RAD, some decisions by the IRCC and CBSA are subject to review by the Federal Court.
Only a lawyer, duly licensed by a Law Society, can file an application for leave and judicial review or initiate an action in the Federal Court.
What is Federal Court Judicial Review?
Federal Court judicial review allows you to challenge decisions made by immigration authorities, including the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), Immigration Division (ID), Refugee Appeal Division (RAD), IRCC, and CBSA. This process reviews whether the decision was made fairly, reasonably, and in accordance with the law.
